Step 1: From the event page, click “Register Now!”
Step 2: Fill in your name, email address and any dietary restrictions for yourself and your guest(s). Select the Fee type if applicable from the choices given (eg. SAW Member, SAW Member First Guest, other guests). If you sign up at the member/first guest rate you will be responsible for ensuring you are a current member.
Step 3: If you are adding other people, click “Add”
Step 4: Type in the name of your guest and select the fee type (if applicable).
Step 5: Click “Add Another” and repeat for any additional guests.
Step 6: If paying by PayPal or Credit Card, select that payment method then click “Continue”.
Option 1 - Paying with your credit card or Visa Debit: You will be taken to the PayPal screen. Select “Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit”
You will be taken to screen which looks like this:
Fill in the required information. This includes your name, credit card number, expiry date, CSC (the 3 digits on the back of your card), your address as on the credit card (address line 2 is optional), a phone number and an email address:
Then select “No, Thanks”, check the confirmation box and select “Pay Now”. You will receive an email (at the email address you entered on the PayPal screen) to confirm that the payment is successful. Note: If you do create a PayPal account then you will not need to re-enter your credit card information each time, it will be stored in PayPal for your convenience.
Option 2 - Paying with your PayPal account: You will be taken to the PayPal screen. Log in to PayPal and complete the payment process. You will receive an email to confirm that the payment is successful.
Alternative Step 6 – Pay by Cheque: Select payment method “Pay by Check” then click “Register”. You will receive an email to confirm your pending registration. You will then need to mail or deliver the payment so that it is received at the address shown at least 72 hours before the event.
